(It’s not all inspirational or motivational or about a revolution, some of it is just GREAT music)

I’ve had some requests for a workout mix, and I hope this hits the spot! 

It’s set up so that, tempo-wise, there’s a warm up, then gradually speeds up to a sprint.  It goes between 70% and sprints for the rest of the mix, until an aggressive feeling cool down song (I always feel powerful after a run!)
